Our team at North Shore Roofing is currently growing and searching for an experienced and personable Project Manager at our Newfoundland branch, stationed in Paradise, NL and operating in the Labrador and island portions of the province. Job Summary:
- Manage projects from conception to completion ensuring the projects are completed on-time, on budget, safely, with the highest quality.
- Provide cost estimates for roofing or reroofing of industrial, commercial, and institutional buildings including all the necessary materials required in the construction process.
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment necessary for project completion.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, Branch manager, Project Foremen and crews, and other applicable stakeholders.
Other requirements for this role:
- 10+ years experience in project management
- Engineering degree or engineering technology diploma is preferred
- Ability to work at heights
- Ability to work well in outdoor elements in a team environment
- Attention to detail, strong communication skills
- Valid Driver’s License and clean Driving Abstract required
- Knowledge in the safe use of fall protection equipment and PPE
- Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Travel within Newfoundland and Labrador will be required.
